412 won't boot

I received a 412 for install the other day, fired it up, tried to upgrade from R2.1 to R3.2. Upgrade failed. DTE reset AT-X2 and X3 tried three times but the box won't boot past the loader version.
Is there any way to fix this or am I hosed?

When you DTE'd the box, did you have your working directory pointing to the ip412.bin file?
Is there a BootP entry for the unit?
Are you getting anything from hyperterminal?

Hyperterminal shows me the loader version and then stops. I have to double check the working directory.

Problem solved. They sent me another 412 today, same problem. Called them and OOPS! they sent me TWO A-LAW boxes. Jeesh...
