Mobile Twinning Not Working
Hi,
I seem to have all of a sudden lost mobile twinning capability but only on about half of my mobile twinning users. These are people I set up on mobile twinning months ago and were working fine, but now for some reason the calls will not forward. Since my mobile twinning seems to work fine, I have checked my settings against one of those that do not work and see no differences. No updates to my knowledge have been made to the system which is at version 3.2. I have two 5 user licences and only have around 7 or so twinning users. First of all, has anyone else experienced a problem like this and second of all is there a way I can see who is actually using a mobile twinning license? Any ideas welcomed! Would have to be my boss that isn't working. :-) Thanks, Randy |

Hi All,
I have an update to this thread. After turning off "Send original party information for Mobile Twinning" and keying in a specific number to display, those phones now work. It seems that it might be a Cingular/AT&T problem with receiving the CLID information. The downside to this is now the Alltel phones that were working fine cannot receive the CLID information. I'm hoping someone else may have experienced a similar problem and have more information on this problem. Thanks, Randy |
