IPOffice and DISA

Is there anyway to emulate DISA on a IPO?

I tried to CallForward an extension to 9 and leave it blank but i get the "waiting for dialtone" sound..,....

Anyone have a work around?

No... Direct Inward System Access.. lets you dial in, press a code and get an outgoing line to dial ANY number allowed for that user.

Do you have voicemail pro? What if you tried to use "voice question" and had that transfer to "9,$KEY". Not sure if that would work, and I have no time today to play with it. But might be headed down the correct road.

OR, transfer to an action, after you have pressed the 9 in the outbound number....

Re: IPOffice and DISA

well, it is not something Avaya supports but I have made it work by just doing a transfer action to 9, then it leaves it open to dial

I will note, I have had it work on some systems and not on another, hence the probably not supported thing
