Voicemail Pro time profiles
Hello, I have a client using Argent Office equipment. They have Voicemail Pro providing an auto-attendant function that answers all incoming calls.
They would like to be able to announce that the office is closed (out of normal office hours) and direct to voicemail but i can find no way of conditionally controlling the flow through the auto attendant depending on time of day. As all incoming calls are sent directly to the auto attendant so there appears to be no option to use time profiles on the Argent Office. Is there a neat solution to this? |

Re: Voicemail Pro time profiles
Yes there is an awesome solution. Look at using the conditions editor.
You can insert that into the call flow to look at whether it is XX time M-f if so go here if not go there (night menu) The help file of the Voicemail Pro will explain better. Here is the link to the Knowledge base for example excercises: Conditions.: 14. Using the Condition Editor Let us know if you have anymore questions. |

Re: Voicemail Pro time profiles
That looks really neat - however my client is running Voicemail Pro 2.1 which they got with an Argent Office 3 x BRI unit and a phone module.
Does anything similar exist in the 2.1 version and/or is there an upgrade available to this ancient application? |

Re: Voicemail Pro time profiles
Doesn't matter what release. That was a feature inherant from the get go. Look at the top of voicemail pro. There ia a yellow triangle, click it. That is the conditions editor.
Click the link in my previous post, it will show an example from the knowledgebase. |
