Question ATM 4 Incoming Calls

I have a Cust with a 406V2 running 3.2(55)
They have a PRI card in Slot A and ATM 4 in Slot B.

All inbound an outbound calls are on the T1 Line Group 0. There is 1 analog line plugged into the ATM in port 1. Set up as Loop Start and Line group 2.

I have SC set that allow the Customer to dial 8xxx and it goes out on that line and rings the Hospital. Works great. Hear is where the problem in. If I call the # from outside it does not show in Call Status but Sys Monitor shows the following

PRN: AtmChannel1: StateChange Idle->PossibleIncoming
740893mS PRN: AtmChannel1: Sloppy timeout (was 400 ms)
740993mS PRN: AtmChannel1: Sloppy timeout (was 100 ms)
740993mS PRN: AtmChannel1: StateChange PossibleIncoming->Idle
740993mS PRN: Near End EchoCancellation stopped: 0x103
740993mS PRN: Far End EchoCancellation stopped: 0x103

And nothing happens. If they pick up to dial the Hospital it actually connect my call and the user trying to dial out on that line.

Any help would be appreciated......

Re: ATM 4 Incoming Calls

Do you have a Line Appearance ID programmed for this ATM trunk?
I have seen some funny things happening when this is not programmed.
Also, what is the echo cancellation set to on the line?

Re: ATM 4 Incoming Calls

Thanks for the Reply.

The lines do have Line Appearance ID's.

I was able to get this working by adjusting the Ring Persistency from the default 400 to 350. Calls are now coming in on that Analog line.
