IPOffice 412 Merge Config problem.
Hiya,
We have an IP Office 412 system running the 3.0DT firmware (3.0.578) and ever since the recent upgrade to that revision I've been having a slight problem. Which is whenever I make a change and merge the config Things Go Wrong. - Our CCC agents are immediately all logged out and have to log back in. - Most of the analogue phones lose their dial tone and can't make calls. You can hear a slight echo effect when you pick up the handset. - The one or two analogue phones that DO have a dial tone don't show up on Call Status when you make a call. This only happens when I merge the config. If I do a reboot then all is fine but it's a bit inconvenient as I can't make any changes during office hours while our support call centre is open. I wondered if anyone else had encountered this problem or had any advice on how to resolve it? Cheers! |

Well, we have only DT and analogue units, no DS so we stuck with the 3.0DT firmware. I wasn't aware I could use the admin software for 3.2 so kept with the DT release version.
I'm glad to say that having upgraded my local machine's admin software to 3.2 I can happily merge the config back now so cheers for that suggestion. Haven't upgraded CCC yet but will have to do that shortly (new hardware has arrived for it). |
