Heya All,

Have a IPOffice 4.0 and a voicemail pro. What im trying to do is setup a menu where you press 1 and then goto another prompt saying enter the extension you are looking for.

IE. Thank you for calling ABC Company. Press 1 if you know the extension of the person you are trying to reach. (Caller Presses 1) then Please enter the extension of the person you are calling.

I have the menu setup but I do not know what the next step is to accomplishing what im trying to do? Any help be greatly appreciated.

You would have he 1 from the main menu transfer to another menu action. That menu action would be 2?? (for 200 series extensions) and that would lead to a transfer action with $Key in the specific tab.
