Conference center web support.
I’ve installed the IP400 Conferencing center on a windows 03 server | sp2. and everything works great except for web support on conferences. Voice part works fine. But when you add web support and try to sign in to the /avecsweb/ page with the conference id and pin, you just get “could not login!”. It’s like it never checks the database for credentials. Tried doing a re-install but nothing.
Any help would be appreciated, thank you. |

Re: Conference center web support.
I had it working, but uninstalled it for some reason or another. Now I have that same problem. I use that dumb program that is like Monitor for Voicemail. It shows the conf center accessing the database, but says it cannot verify the information. Now I have a few installs in a row, and wont get a chance to play. Let me know if you figure it out.

Re: Conference center web support.
I was getting asp.net errors on the system until I added the following line under the <system.web> section of the web.config file (located in the \inetpub\wwwroot\avecs\ )
<pages enableEventValidation="false" /> I also had to load SQL Server Enterprise Manager and add user (NT AUTHORITY\NETWORK SERVICES). And add it to the ECSDatabaseUsers role. After that, the web interface to setup conferences worked fine. Still having problems with the http://servername/AVECSWEB/ part. May have to call Avaya. |
