VmPro Dial by Name issue
Hi,
I have a customer w/ an IPO 412 running release 3.0(59). i KNOW THEY NEED AN UPGRADE. Everything has been going well until they reported a problem with the dial by name module. The system was installed about 1 and 1/2 years ago. It appears that when the dial by name selection in the auto attendant is chosen the connected person hears a tremendous amout of garbled noise and can't hear the caller. When I tested the module, I found that if I placed the call on hold and then retreived the call from hold the problem cleared. Any ideas? The calls are via loop start lines.
