Caller ID

Here's a strange problem. We have an office in Ft. Worth that has an Avaya IP 406. When some one from that office calls out, the main number is displayed on caller ID to the called party. For example, any phone in the Ft. Worth office calls any phone in the Dallas office, the caller ID in Dallas displays the main numebr of the Ft. Worth office. Just like we've asked our service provider to do. But, if the call is transferred within the Dallas office, the Ft. Worth's caller ID changes from the main number to the calling extension. We do not have 4 digit dialing between offices and this is causing a problem. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

Thank you.

Re: Caller ID

Do you have Delta server running? See what Delta server says.
