Embedded Voicemail Transfer

Hello,

We are currently running an IP406v2 with firmware version 3.2.55. There seems to a problem which I'm not sure is a lack of feature or an actual bug. When transferring out of the embedded voicemail auto-attendant, the phone does not ring. I believe it plays the hold music but we currently have no hold music enabled. Is there a way to let the caller hear a ring?

Figured this out... I forgot to disable queing. After doing that, all is well.
