Question IP office locked

Some times I failed to access IP Office, after 30 - 45 seconds I receive the message "Service Command Failed" (Cause error code -2)

Do you have idea what is going on? I got sucessfull access after either of this options
a) restarting IP Office (the worst solution)
b) changing IP address on PC
c) trying several times

Thanks in advance.
Daniel Escalante.

Re: IP office locked

What are you changing the IP adress to? And WHY? What is the IP of the IPOffice? Is the IPO set for static IP or DHCP?

Re: IP office locked

Thank for your reply, I was changing IP address on my PC.
My original message was very short. The problem was very extraneous, because I had access to Security, I was able to reboot from the manager. But the configuration was not possible to access. Another extraneous simpton was that I tested with two laptops running Manager 3.2(54) with the same result, but I tested with a PC using Manager 4.0.1 (1039) -Trial - and I got normal access. The Small IP Office is running 3.2 (54).
The solution taken was restart IPO to default, and configure again. I guess something in the configuration I was charging is causing the problem. I would need to make further tests to identify exactly wich parameter is it.
