IP Office to Definty G3

I have a few IP Trunks programmed between my Definty G3 and an IP Office. The trunk works just fine. I can even see the name and extension of the person on the IP office but they only see "Outside Call" on their display. Is there a way for them to see my name and extension info?

There was a job aid, i dont remember if they got caller ID frokm the definity. Are you using H.323 trunnks?
