Ipo 406 - Short Code Restrictions

Hello
In Our Captive We Have A 406 Ipo With One Co Trunk
And Pot / Ds Pones .
I Have Tried To Activate Secondary Dial Tone And International Restriction As Shore Code
On Different Experiments But The Restriction Does Not Work
What Can Be Done ?

You have 1 co trunk. You mean 1 phone line? Is it a pots line or a centrex line?

As far as the restriction, use: [9]011N, N, Busy

More info, once we have the trunk info.

its a on co line not centrex.
i from EMEA so you short code is no good for ma region.
it finaly works as following:
9N, N,busy, 0.

adn another q....
how can i do remote maintenance to a IPO SYSTEM (NOT link with an IPVPN network) with a loCAL MODEM ?

Search the avaya web site for technical tip 095. the shortcode would be *9000*.
