hello everybody, happy holidays to all!
We have an ip ofice system in one of our remote offices, the users are saying that pressing 0 will not forward callers to the operator. What setting do i need to configure so that when callers reach a vmail they can press 0 (zero) to access the operator?

What version of manager are you using? On 3.2 there is a Reception/Breakout for 0 under the Voicemail tab. You would have to change that on ALL extensions.
On the older versions under voicemail, there is an entry for Voicemail Reception. |
