dial zero for operator does not work on ip office...

hello everybody, happy holidays to all!

We have an ip ofice system in one of our remote offices, the users are saying that pressing 0 will not forward callers to the operator. What setting do i need to configure so that when callers reach a vmail they can press 0 (zero) to access the operator?

What version of manager are you using? On 3.2 there is a Reception/Breakout for 0 under the Voicemail tab. You would have to change that on ALL extensions.

On the older versions under voicemail, there is an entry for Voicemail Reception.

Telephone Number 200 (Extension for Operator)
Line Group ID 0
