DeltaServer
My company just had IPoffice & Voicemail Pro installed. Our vendors bailed out on us. I'm trying to figure out call reporting. From what i've researched I need to access the DeltaServer.
I have a feeling the DeltaServer hasn't been installed. Our system is up and running, does IPoffice rely on DeltaServer, or is DeltaServers only function to record call data? -If I install DeltaServer, will it erase any existing set up? thank you |
