IP office vm problem HELP!!!`

Ok, I have a ip small office running 3.1.56 and vmpro running 3.1.18

The problem i am having is when users mailboxes answer we get nothing but dead air, you still cant leave a message or skip the message by pressing 1. It just gives you dead air until you hang up. all ports are set for 100full. Also this just started to happen this morn. Everything was good tell today. All auto attnds are still working and vm pro still works ok too. you can even try to check you messages, the recording is still there, old messages are still there and i have tired to Re-recored the greeting and NOTHING! ?????? any help thanks in advance!!!!

I would try *17 first just to see if you get any recording from IP Office? If so then you do have connectivity to VM Pro so that would narrow it down a little bit. If you do not get any recording from IP Office try rebooting the VM Pro server. reply with what you get.

I've had this happen to me before, and the cause was that my Voicemail mode "somehow" switched over to IP Office mode (from Intuity)....

If the vmpro is on server2000 or 2003 run the security setup wizard. see tech tip 113
