Phone Manager Buttons

Has anyone had this before?

We've got PM (3.0.16) system version 3.0.59.

We have hundreds of Phone Managers, but one in particular, does not have the buttons to add, edit, delete etc in the directory.

I click 'configure>directory. The window pops with all previously added contacts from previous PM, but there are no buttons at the bottom of this window to enable user to add/edit more contacts.

I've tried everything from giving admin rights to user, uninstalling, deleting registry entries and more!

One thing I did notice, I temporarily installedthe old version, and the buttons were there, but still don't appear on new version.

Any ideas?
