visable loop in voicemail pro
Hello I am using a ip 406 with 3.0 and voicemail pro
I have two loops in VMP and the first on answers the lines the second is a loop for when an operator is available but how can we make it visable that ther is a call in the que so we can hurry to answer the nexst call waiting? or can I also give the option to key in a 1 to create a voicemail? and do i have to program that as an option in the vmp or in the cfg file? thanks jd |

Re: visable loop in voicemail pro
You can make a group button.
It lights red when a call is in Que. Or on 54xx the groupname will be underlined when a call is in que. Greets Peter |
