Assistance setting up 4602

I'm trying to set this phone up but it refuses to see our router. Whether I use DHCP or manually program it, it keeps giving me the message Bad router.
Anyone have any ideas?
Is it possible to reset this phone to default?

Found the Answer. Mute 73738 #

That did the trick.
