I am running version 2.1.27 on a IP412
The second SoftConsole user can run SoftConsole but it will not show BLF on the right side.
The hold and the incoming status show correctly.
There are two licenses and the second license is supposed to be for an additional user.
Has anyone seen this or similar?

Yep the first instance works fine the second only partially.

Another Update
After the third install, the SoftConsole worked at night when everyone went home.
It wouldn't work properly at lunch today again.
The two softconsoles are running through a router which goes through optical fibres and out the other end to the PABX.
Is it possible that broardcasts are being blocked on the network after X amount of people are logged in???

I'm straining my memory here but I'm sure I've heard of this as a known bug in that release. I would upgrade to the latest 2.1 version (2.1.59), or even go to 3.0.69 if you don't have a specific reason for staying on 2.1.x

Just in case you aren't aware, it will be a lot less work to go to 2.0.59. Coverage (amongst other things) is handled very differently in R3.

Let us know if the upgrade fixes it.
