Installing IMS on the Exchange Server PC

We bought a new server for the Voicemail Pro. We WERE going to have a separate machine just for IMS but then I read that you have to have the IMS gateway service on the VMPro Server PC. And as I was reading it says you can install the gateway service on the Exchange Server PC but that requires more installation steps....

Does anyway have these installation steps?

Any issues with this setup??

IP Office = 3.0.59
VMPro = 3.0.13
