VM Pro User Defined Variable
I use this to create a Day and a Night Button. I create shortcodes for Open and Closed, then in VM Pro create appropriate shortcodes to "Set User Variable" and a "Test User Variable" in my call flow routing. Works successfully except for my latest install. Server 2003 (I ran Avaya batch file), VM PRO 3.0.19, and IP Office 412 at 3.0.69. Pushing the "Night" button, it plays a .wav file and disconnects - but the Condition will not change states. I went in this weekend and deleted all references to it and recreated with different "matches" 0 for True, 1 for False. It still will not change from one state to the other. Anyone seen this and have a suggestion?
