Auto Attendant - Voice Mail Pro

Sometimes when a menu is being read off it will stop and start over in the middle of the menu. Other times it will go all the way through without a problem. Any ideas?

Re: Auto Attendant - Voice Mail Pro

Re-record the menu. If you've never encountered this before it may sound hard to beleive, but chances are good that the voice of the person who recorded the menu got too close to the frequency of a DTMF digit at some point in the recording. If this is the case, 99% of the time just doing another take (even with the same person and same script) will resolve the issue.
