User Restrictions

Our agents use manual-dialling as well as soft-dialling (through PC using TAPI) for outbound calls.

We have defined some 'User Restrictions' which block the agents from using certain trunks while allowing other trunks for outbound calling.

The restrictions work as expected when agents call through manual-dialling. However, if they use soft-dialling then they are able to dial using even the restricted trunks (seems like the 'User Restrictions' cannot control soft-dialled calls).

Is there a way to fix this problem?

Thanks.
