IPO r3.0 with 4406D+, goes straight to vmail...
Hello everyone, n00b here! <- my disclaimer
I have an user in a remote office that states that all calls are going to straight to vmail, this sounds like call forwarding or the Do Not Disturb option is enabled. I had her press *09 to disable DND but still goes straight to v-mail. What keys disable this feature. All was working fine until yesterday when she called saying she couldnt receive calls. No changes have been done via administration. Thanks for the help, ceez |

It's possible she logged herself out of her phone - make sure it doesn't say "No User" on the display. Then, open up the config in manager and check her DND tab and forwarding tab to make sure everything looks ok there.

Just for information, if you think a user has activated DND or Call forwarding *00 (cancel all forwards) also cancels DND at the same time
