Unhappy IPOffice Manager having problems connecting to IPOffice 412 module

I have problem loading the configuration file on to IPOffice Manager 4.1 from IPOffice 412 module.
When this problem occurs, the divert function on the phone doesnt refresh itself, you will need to reboot phone by unplugging and replugging it.
