Maximum call length

Using IPO 3.0, we have set a maximum call length of 20 mins in the dial-out shortcode:

04Nt(20)..............04 being the our local area-code, then the number and finally the 20min cut-off

If a call exceeds 20 mins then the entire systems resets (!!!) instead of just the call cut-off.

Has anyone else experienced this....any help/comment will be greatly appreciated.

Is there a way to limit call length on both incoming and outgoing trunks?
If so, which LD?

The brackets do the trick, remove them

I want to limit calls to less than 15 minutes.
Where are the brackets & how do I use them?
