Post IP 400 Phone switch

I am trying to find out where to see what ext is tied to which analog port. The fax machine gets dial-tone but will not receive.

Re: IP 400 Phone switch

Here's an easy way to get that information. Create a new shortcode callflow (and assign a shortcode to reach it). From the start token go straight to a generic token, and in the entry prompts tab just put $CLI.

What this will do is speak the extension number you are calling from when you dial the shortcode in question. It works great for checking which analog ext you're calling from. You could also always call any display phone and ask the person who answers but this way you don't have to bug anyone.
