analog dialing without 9
412 running 3.0.59
I have built shortcodes of 1XXXXXXXXXX, XXXXXXX,XXXXXXXXXX to dial out on the analogs. This works great until the leading digits match an extension number, at that point the extension gets dialed. Anyone know how a way around this, customer doesn't want to dial 9 on the faxes. This is the final issue on this install. Danny |

Re: analog dialing without 9
You could also change in Manager, System tab, the dialing delay, so that the system waits a bit between deciding you have finished dialing or are still going to input more digits. The default in the US is 4000ms or 4 seconds.
