about 4610sw ip

I need your help!!!!!!!!
I have one ip office 403 with dt digitals. version 3.0.(544).
I have the following problems on 4610 IP Phones:
1. After I set up the addresses in the phone and I log into with an extension, the display goes off. (As a phone however, everything is fine, except from the display)

2. The call appearance buttons are not working. Eventhough they are programmed (a, b, c) the calls are not ringing on " b" and "c" call appearance

Note that on the same system the 4612 IP Phones are working properly. Do you have any ideas what is going wrong?

Maybe 4610 is not supported on 3.0DT? Check the docs on this.

I had the same problem with the display and it was caused by the firmware on the phone. The 4610 was not supported as far as I know until release 3.0 but since then I have been able to use the newest firmware and the displays work fine.
