Plasma PC Wallboard

Hello,

We have a Wallboard Server which came with 1 free PC Wallboard license. We have an LCD Monitor on a wall (attached to a PC) and we want to display calls stats on it.

We can login to the PC Wallboard using a live Agent ID but we want to login without an ID. The manual says that we can do this (plasmawallboard.htm) by "amending the shortcut properties with /PLASMA command line parameters" ???

Does anyone know how to do this? Please help.

yeh you need to change the shortcut properties for the PC wallboard when loading it up - so:

"C:\Program Files\Avaya\IP Office\CCC\PCWallboard\PCWallboard.exe" /PLASMA

Hello Greg,

Thanks for your input. I've made the changes you recommended but the Login screen still appears. We still cannot enable full PC Wallboard without entering a live agent Login ID (entering any text instead will only give the message wallboard).

Create a dummy user called Plasma or something, give him an extn and also make sure he is an agent (force login and login code) - then use him as the user. This won't consume a agent license.
