VM Pro Automated message

Got a request from a client and would like some input into what people think is the best way round the issue.

Basically the client wants to be able to transfer the caller over to a automated message (suing a shortcode), which will play them a legal terms and conditions message and once the message has finished transfer the caller back to the person who transferred them to to auto message.

Any ideas? The client does have VM Pro.

Thanks in advance!

Re: VM Pro Automated message

That one is easily accomplished with the conference feature, if you don't mind the agent staying on the line while the legal stuff plays to the customer. Just create a shortcode that goes to a generic item with your .wav file as an entry prompt. Then when the agent wants to play the legal stuff they just hit conf, shortcode, conf and puts themselves on mute for a minute while it plays. After it plays VMPro will drop out of the conversation automatically so the agent can just resume speaking with the customer and not have to do anything else.

Re: VM Pro Automated message

Using the assisted transfer option in VM would work without having to stay on the line.
