how to disable users to log out of groups

Hi!

Is it possible to disable users to log out from certain groups?

I have made a special setup for a customer that requires the users to be logged into certain groups.

What handset types are you using, do you users have access to Phonemanager pro?

I figured it out...
Just dont give the group an extention. Then the users won't be able to log out.

Re: how to disable users to log out of groups

Your solution may cause more problems than it cures
delete the system short code for huntgroup enable, or creat a user shortcode the same that goes to a feature of busy
if PM pro is set to Agent mode then you will not be able to prevent then leaving group

Re: how to disable users to log out of groups

I was looking for a similar fix, but my IP406v2 does not have a system short code for huntgroupenable or huntgroupdisable. I can create a new one, but found it strange that it is not a default system shortcode.

Re: how to disable users to log out of groups

That is for the reason you guys have posted here. Sometimes people want to stop the ability of logging out of a group.

Have you tried for these specific users making a shortcode *36 log out to busy so when they try to enter *36 it gives busy tone rather than logging them out?
