7 second delay when I press 'Messages'!

Hi Everyone. This is a strange problem. When I press the Messages key on my 5410 DCP sets, there is about a 7 secong delay before VM Pro answers.

I think it's a customer network issue as I didn't notice any issue delay until I connected the IP Office to the customer LAN. The system ran clean for 2 weeks prior to the cutover.

Notes:

IP Office 406V2 3.0(59) x 2 w/ VMPro 4 port, on Win XP Pro SPII. Also, (6) 5610SW IP sets, and Proxim wireless, SoftConsole

Any ideas?
