Carriage Return
Some of our agents use Tapi to dial out through PC. Everything works fine.
The SMDR registers such calls differently. It shows the 'Caller' as "username pcname.domain" and inserts a carriage return between the username and pcname (see sample SMDR file attached). If viewed in Notepad it shows correctly but if you view it in Excel then there is a problem. Is there a way to get IPO not to insert the carriage return? |
