Smile History inbound queue calls

Hi:

We are using Avaya 5410 agent sets in the office. We need to see history inbound queue calls.
At present only calls to the agent are listed. Is there any solution?

Please note that we do not want to install or use Phone Manager.
Any help would be highly appreciated.
