Hi everyone,

I'm having a strange problem with our CCC Reporting. For several weeks everything was working just fine. We were able to get in to CCC Reporting and pull off reports. For reasons unknown, it has now completely stopped working. I cannot get any of the .aspx pages to load up. When I put a simple html document in the reporting iis folder, it works just fine.

I've tried removing asp.net and reinstalling it through add/remove windows components. We are running a Windows 2003 Server. I can go in to the Delta server settings and everything appears to be functioning as it should be. The delta server and CCC Reporting services are both running as well.

Any ideas?

Do you have automatic updates turned on?
If yes check the security settings as MS Update may default the settings for frustrating reasons only.

forgot to paste this as well...

IIS log file shows "500" errors and when I try to go to reporting i get "The page cannot be displayed".

Here is a snippet from the iis log...

Automatic updates is not turned on but that was a good suggestion. As far as I can tell, nothing has been changed as far as the OS between when it worked and then stopped working.

Under W2003 do you have Internet Explorer "Enhanced Security" installed under Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs > Add/Remove Windows Components > "Internet Explorer Enhanced Security Configuration"

If so try uninstalling that, then burning any reference to it in a giant fire.
