I can't use CCC
I just installed CCC v5.0, latest release, and I'm still having a trouble that is happenning since I can remembmer.
I have a few agents using analog extensions and a few others using Phonemanager iPro in agent mode. Some users log off their extensions whilst in Busy Not Available. If they log on back, CCC assumes they are Ready, but they actually are in the same state they left their extensions before, ie, BNA. I can't believe that no one noticed this before, because this makes the product unusable! If there is someone out there using CCC, please give me your feedback. Doesn't this happen to you too? If you are still using the product what did you do to solve this? |
