DECT Hardware & Software Versions
Hi, I'm trying to install the DECT CTI feature and have run into a few problems. :(
My current problem is that I think I need to upgrade the DECT software. I'm not sure, and I have no idea how to determine the hardware version. the PC/CCFP Versions tab shows ... CCFP Software Versions: Solo CCFP Flash Program Part No. : 14035600 Flash Program Edition : PCS02Q_ Boot Program Edition : System ARI : 000046500251 My questions then... Where do I look for the hardware version? It needs to be 6a+ to support the 2.0.17 CTI Integration. Is my software currently PCS 02Q_ ? Do I need an external server to run the CTI software?
