Small Office upgrade problem

Hi, I have a customer with a Small Office, 8 analog extensions going into a DECT base. I am trying to upgrade from 2.1(15) to 3.0(59) so I can install the DECT CTI Integration. Unfortunately upgrading using Manager fails. If I try to reset the box through the DTE port I never get the Loader message after pressing the escape key. Now I have a PBX that thinks it has 2x IP401 NG and 2x IP400, 8 port analog units. (The IP400 happens to be in another PBX I maintain!) If I delete these 3 entries and reboot, they are still there when I open Manager again.
Does anyone have any suggestion as to how I can erase the flash memory and start again.
Thanks ...Dallas

Re: Small Office upgrade problem

File, Advanced, Erase config,

& I would sugest isolating the SoE so that ist does not pick up strange entries from the other system

Re: Small Office upgrade problem

Tried that without success. The SoE is stand alone, it is not connected to any network. The other system is not at this site, only the config is on my laptop.
