CCC Reporting error

HI,

I have CCC 5.0 and when I run any report thru CCC Reporting I get an error "Object refenrece not set to an instance of an object" (see attached pic).

Please help!

These kind of messages are usually displayed if the software is not installed properly.
I don't know wich OS your PC has but a complete reinstall of the server with the manuals at hand seems to be the easiest solution for this.
