Voice Mail Pro Problem - problem
We are using Call center with 10 agents & 1 Superviosr.System Avaya IPO 403 2.1(27). For call center application we have WIN 2000 server SP3. Now we purchased the Voicemail pro with 4 ports 2.1(10) when we installed the VM Pro it does not start, when we start in servicess it gives the error prompt : COULD NOT START THE VOICEMAILPRO SERVICES SERVICESS ON LCAL COMPUTER ERROR:1069,THE SERVICESS DID NOT START DUE TO LOGON FAILURE. PLS HELP ME RESOLVE THIS ISSUE. |

Re: Voice Mail Pro Problem - problem
Voicemail Pro has to be installed under a user with a password. Does the user have a password? When you installed it, did it search and find the user you entered on the install screen or did it create a new user based on the information you entered?
