4602 no dial tone
I have an Avaya 4602 connecting to an IP Office 403 (w 5vcm) via vpn over adsl.
the phone on bootup can see the tftp server and the callsvr. i am able to ping the phone from the tftp server. the phone is able to make and recieve calls with no problems (drop out, gitter, echo etc..) it also rings when a call is put through. the only thing the phone does not do is present the user with either a dial tone, ringing tone or an engaged tone. what can i do to present the user with these tones. thanks Mark IP Office 403 v2.1(24) DT30 v4.1(24) 4602 H.323 v1.8.2 |
