Phone Manager Losing License

I am running 3.0.12 Phone Manager. 3.0.15 Ip Office with a 412. I have 1 phone manager pro license and 1 user currently setup to use that license. I have about 5 users including myself that have just phone manager lite. Frequently we lose our licenses. PHone manager pro goes to lite and everyone else turns to unlicense.

The user with Phone manager pro is running it on a windows 2000 machine.

Then for no reason it turns back to what is suppose to be.

We have an extremely small network when doing a trace route to the machine that has the license on it is only 1 hop so I am assuming I wouldn't have to open any ports on my router.

Any Suggestions?

Re: Phone Manager Losing License

You didn't say anything about the type of license key dongle beign used and where it is installed.

If its on a PC, investigate sleep/power down modes - PC's these days can be set to power down USB port, network cards, etc after various periods.

Re: Phone Manager Losing License

If that was the case then voicemail wouldn't work along with IMS. This is just phone manager. I also get access violations when phone manager is running and it freezes up.

The licence is on the PC with a parellel dongle.

Re: Phone Manager Losing License

Voicemail Pro will run for up to 2 hours without a license - so its very fault tolerant unlike Phone Manager.

Repeat - You didn't say anything about the type of license key dongle being used and where it is installed?

Re: Phone Manager Losing License

The type is Sentinel Super Pro Ip Office 400

It is connected to a windows 2000 PC that is connected in to a switch that the Ip office 412 is plugged into.

Re: Phone Manager Losing License

Attachments are the log from the Phone Manager Pro that can't find the license and the other is the list of ports open on that same computer.
