Analog DECT users and Hunt Group VM - embedded

Hi,
I have a customer running IP Office 3.?? with embedded VM. The only handsets are DECT (without CTI).
All handsets are in a ring group (hunt 200) and all VM goes the the hunt mail box. Can I give the users an indication that a message has been left in the hunt group mailbox? I have setup a short code to access the MB. Thanks.

Hi,

You will need to put in the Hxxxx (where xxxx is the name of your hunt group) under the source numbers tab for each user. This will need to be done for each user that you want notifying. Hope this helps.

I Have done this and still the user gets no indication of message waiting. I have turned off VM ringback as this caused the customer more problems. All users are in HG Main. All users are analog and I don't get stutter dial tone.

Message waiting indication to 20DT's is part of the DECT CTI integration that you aren't using. Ringback is the only other option or using PhoneManager.
