IP Softphone
:shame: Hi! Everyone
I have been trying my best to get a IP Softphone going in 401. Seems the ones I'm using is not appropriet. Can anyone please tell me where I can get an IP softphone, just for Demo.

IP Softphone
 Hi! EveryoneI have got this softphone Setup-R5.14ipsoftphone and loaded it to my PC. I gave a new extension, password as 1234, config as Road Warrior over LAN and the server address was IP 401 address. The problem is , I cannot login, can someone help please???????????????

Avaya IP Office doesn't support the Avaya Softphone. Instead it uses IP Office PhoneManager and a couple of IP Office Licences and a ton of configuration.
You might get Avaya Softphone going with an IP Office IP Endpoint licence but I don't know what functionality beyond make/answer call would work. |
