VMpro Recording
we have VM pro 3.0(15T) and contact store installed on win 2003 server . IPO software is 3.33 .
whats the best way to record all incoming calls to agents? we have auto attendant which after pressing option e.g 1 sales dep , then will route to the sale hunt group. which better is turn On recording per user for inbound and VRL checked ? or turn on inbound recording and VRL for the sales hunt group? does turning it both conflict with each other ? . the customer wants when he search hear the call by contact store to see agent as In party rather than huntgroup name!!! he wants all incoming calls to be recorded ......urgent advice guys .. help IPGURU |

Re: VMpro Recording
you need to enable recording on inbound for both the agent and the huntgroup, set this to on, not mandatory, with mandatory, if there are no voicemail ports it will disconnect the call.

Re: VMpro Recording
by enabling both recordording for agents and huntgroup , will it cuase conflict? cuase im afraid to play with config ,, so when incoming calls routed to attendant and then after option selection for hunt group , and finnaly to agents . does the IPO or VM store it as external agent call or external hunt group call?
the customer wants to see when serach contact store , the agent name who have recieved the call , right now i just enabled call recording on the huntgroup ,and enabled VRL.so it showes me only recorded incoming callls parties like following? Huntgroup name , CLI . im afraid if i have enabled both for hunt and agent cuase recording to stop |
