IP Office and Witness Recording Urgent Help
Please help me to solve the wih contact store. we have IPO 3.44 and hug server hosts CCC and VM and Contact store . Contact store installed on dedicated Drive .
everything was working smoothly. but we have decided to join that server to domain.it records the outgoining calls only .before incoming and outgoing . i have checed all conf in manager ., and nothing changed for users inboud Mandonary and VRL ticked .why now its recording only outgoining calls.?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!111 i have restarted alot of services of windows for the new domain account. the service was run out as local system. when i have changed the account that runs the service , it open the web interface .but when logging give me password error even password correct , when revert back to local system i can log in the conatct store , but when i search i find only outgoing!!!!!!!!!1 i have run alot of services under the new account on domain.contact store and contactstoreSQL aganet , and SQL server service too . which services i should restart for contact store ?? please not there is another database for CCC reports.so im afraid playing with SQL screw CCC and i also faced new thing , i cant open contact store from the server it self ,give me page not found , but through network by typing http:\\adrress:8888 , i could access please any helps , before the customer kill me |

Hello IPGURU , please help me to solve the incoming call Recording . why its Recording the outgoing calls ONLY , and omtimes ..Incoming ?????????????????????????????????????????????????? ?????????????????????????????????????????????????? ?????????????????
WE have enough VM ports . we have installed VM and Contactstore and CCC on HUG server Win2003SBS each one on dedicated drive ? here attached files for Log and Witness .please help guys !!!!!!!!! when i search using search and replay i oNLY find OUTGOING Calls .!!!!!!!!!!! for each user I have turned ON recording for INBOund and outbound and VRL checed for both !!!!!!!!!!!!! we have IPO v06v2 v3.44 |
