Upgrade to V3.0
Hi, I was just wondering what I should do to prepare for an upgrade to v3.0
we are having a bunch of problems w/ v 2.1(27) as far as calls just getting stuck in the switch and calls not making it to the call center software that we used. I've been told 90% of our problems are from the older version we are using so i'd like to get them resolved by upgrading. Is there a support document or anything that I need to do to prepare for upgrading ipoffice (we also use IMS somewhat.. just to forward voicemails to email mainly) I glanced at avaya's site but didn't see anything so if any one has any words of wisdom they would be greatly appreciated. Thanks =) |

There are a number of docs that should help. Make sure to upgrade the voicemail too. |
